Always use a fabric measuring tape* when taking measurements. For the
most accurate results, have someone else measure you. Also, make sure
the tape measure is held tightly and firmly (not tightly) against your
body and is always parallel to the floor when taking circumference
measurements.

Your chest circumference:
Place the tape measure horizontally under your armpits and over the strongest part of your chest.
Your waist measurement:
You measure your waist circumference at the height of your natural waist. That is, between the highest point of your hipbone and your lowest rib cage.
Your hip circumference:
Run the tape measure around your hips. Measure the circumference at the strongest point of your buttocks.
