Section 12 Right of Withdrawal
(1) If the customer is a consumer, they have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (or the last good, lot, or piece in case of an agreement relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, or multiple pieces/parts making up a single order).

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form on our website, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired and that you have returned the goods via our online return center within the defined timeframe.

(3) Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
(4) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires in the case of the following contracts:
contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery, or which have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery;
contracts for the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;
contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
contracts for the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
contracts for the supply of services if ClassyFashion24 has fully performed the service and the performance began with your prior express consent, and with your acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us;
contracts for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after 30 days, and whose actual value is dependent on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the trader.
